Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have traveled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to see where you have allowed your ego to deceive you and allow you to convince yourself of falsnesses to the point of not being responsible for your choices where you allow yourself to become self centred making every aspect of the narrative of the story to suit your benefit regardless of the impact to those around you. By taking the time to allow other parts of what is occurring to filter in you broaden your perspective and then gain the courage and strength to correct the path you distorted and in turn purify yourself from the unnecessary chaos that your ego has created.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Hemimorphite could assist with blood disorders as well as inflammation. Alumino Adamite could assist with depression as well as asthma. The Hawthorn Tree could assist with high blood pressure as well as heart arrythmias.

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields.
