Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner. 

Today gives you an opportunity to understand the ability to be able to forgive another stems from the ability to forgive yourself, and through the path of forgiveness you will also open yourself to love and peace. The more you can encompass yourself in this the greater your ability evolves with embracing the anger, guilt, jealousy you hold within and towards others. Take the time to breathe, feel into it and allow yourself to discover who you are beyond these emotional spaces that have been controlling you, and tainting the world you create, and through this path of creation you will begin building a deeper resentment loosing your ability to hold compassion for anyone that steps outside your scope of emotional understanding, eventually eliminating them from your life, and holding you hostage.

Some of the possible physical benefits from taking these remedies are: Rose Quartz could assist with dizziness as well as parkinsons disease. Atacamite could assist with the nervous system as well as the endocrine glands. The Elm Tree could assist with exhaustion as well as nail biting due to nervousness. 

Extra note 

There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist,  reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. The price point for our services can differ depending upon the whole package that each is offering. My extra qualification is life coaching. I  share the aspects that I do as a glimpse into my profession and also as an opportunity for you to bridge the gap of awareness when seeking out practitioners in this field!
