Below is what I have put together on the basis of the teachings of Justin and the journey I have travelled through taking these remedies as a practitioner.
Today gives you an opportunity to understand all the issues that have/are occurring from an impatient nature that demands more than what they should and forget they must place their own effort into what they wanting to create into life and/or they forget the reality of the time that has been required to cultivate within the physical world around them. By taking the time to unite these aspects within yourself you then get the picture of simplifying your own emotional space which then allows you to open up your own mental ability to acknowledge the right actions required to move forward. The worries and pains you were fighting against will get a renewed perspective and you will begin to see some of the true significance of them in grand plan of life, enhancing the ability to reunite your soul releasing any single-minded nature.

Extra note
There are many practitioners in this field who have incorporated these remedies within the different areas of their already existing professional fields. When I was training, there were acupuncturist, reiki healers and masters, doctors, massage therapists, kinesiologist, etc. throughout all of Australia and some other parts of the world and looking at ways to incorporate these into their fields. “The rock bottom” space is where we can fall to when life feels out of control. It has 6 crystals that are within this zone, they are like your own safety net to help keep you afloat throughout life.
